Business friendly keyboard

The keyboard can be customized freely assigned functions according to your special needs. Management reports also may be tailored to include only the data you need*.

PLO/SUB free code

PLUs can be assigned names. Preset names up to six characters appear on the display at registration and are printed on customer receipts. PLU/sub free l.D. code gives flexibility in satisfying customer needs.

Department expansion

10 department totals may be expanded up to 30. Each department may be preset for positive (+) or negative (-) operation, tax status, food stamp status, "hash" status and compulsory validation.

Easy-to-read alphanumeric information

All departments, PLU/sub-departments, and functions can be assigned names of up to six characters which may be printed on receipts, and journal tape.

Food stamp control

The ER-3231 offers a food stamp function to facilitate registration and control of transactions including payment by food stamps.

Built-in clock function

The time and date, which both advance automatically, may be illuminated on the displays as well as printed on the receipts and the journal tape. This feature also enables the manager to analyze hourly sales information for more effective scheduling.
