Please find below the appropriate Register Model and the programming code to change the time.


For any of the ER model Registers *ex ER-2396* turn the key to PGM

To change the Date
250 . @/FOR DDMMYY CA/ATentering a Zero first will cause and error

To change the Time (2400)
251 . @/FOR HHMM CA/AT


For any of the ER-A model registers *ex ER-A420* turn the key to PGM/PGM2

To change the DATE

2610 . @/FOR MMDDYY CA/AT
Where M is the month, D is the day and Y is the year.
Please note that if your register was programmed to be in the format of DDMMYY

Some ER Model registers have a 4 digit year YYYY. If you receive an error attempting a two digit year, try entering 4.

To change the TIME (2400 time)

2611 . @/FOR HHMM CA/AT
HH: Hour (00-23)
MM: Minute (00-59)


To change the Date and Time on an XE *ex XE-A203* Model Register

Turn the key to PGM (for XE-A101 move slider to Z/PGM)

To change the DATE
MMDDYYYY #/TM/SBTL

To change the TIME
HHMM #/TM/SBTL (2400 time)


To change the Date and Time on a UP *ex UP-700, UP-3300* Model Register

Turn key to PGM2
Select 02 Setting
Select 09 Date/Time
Date: MMDDYY
Time: HHMM (2400 time)
Hit Enter to save changes.
Cancel
Cancel
Turn key back to REG.
